After a week or so I received my custom-fitted trays, and they fit perfectly.
I started to see a small difference in whitening after a few sessions. You can keep the trays in for anwhere between 20 minutes to over an hour (take them out sooner if you have sensitive teeth), and I did 20-30 minute sessions.
After a couple of weeks I started to see a larger difference in the whiteness of my teeth! I did not stop drinking coffee or tea, the whitening was purely the result of the whitening gel and trays. The whitening gel did not bother my teeth--I followed the instructions to use whitening gel first and then desensitizing gel after in the same session. I also did not use the product every day, but if I had I'm sure I would have seen results even sooner. This product is one that I would definitely recommend for its cost and ease of use!

Today I would like to share a product review with you. I will readily admit that I have not had white teeth in a very long time. I drink coffee or tea every day (and have since college), which causes stubborn teeth stains even though I use whitening toothpaste. I tried Crest White Strips in the past, but found them difficult to keep on my teeth for the necessary time duration. I pretty much gave up on white teeth until the Smile Brilliant team contacted me to try out their teeth whitening kit. Using the Smile Brilliant kit, you get custom-fitted teeth whitening trays along with teeth whitening gel and desensitizing gel to use in the comfort of your own home. The best part is that the cost is 70% less than whitening programs offered by dentists! So how does it work? You get a kit in the mail with very clear instructions to create molds of your teeth, mail those molds back in the provided envelope, and then receive your custom-fitted teeth whitening trays back. It was so easy! You just mix the paste, place the paste in the molds, and then use a timer to ensure you take enough time to create the impressions.

Kit contents are above - I added a glass of water, paper towels, and a timer.
Molding the paste is easy - the consistency is like play-doh.
Spread the paste as evenly as you can in the mold for the best impressions.
